i think the post office will deliver it
u can put a post it on it that says - to mailperson, 'please deliver to NJ-not NY oops-and take this post it off before it gets there! Thanks!'
I write notes on my mail all the time. sometimes i just put 'dear mail man thank you for delivering this mail to my best friend' i do not know if they appreciate it or if they notice notes like this or a post it and my dad works for the post office and i have too, but i still dont know.
its already been mailed out, i dont have it anymore.

Worse case scenario it will be returned and you can use an extra box and redo. Some of my save the dates came back and I just popped them back in the mailbox with the right address. I know that itstotally frustrating and annoying, I wanted to cry when I saw it in the mailbox. But some of our guests told us we had the wrong address but it still made it to them, so there is a possibility it will make it!

i know it just S*CKS bc mine are pretty late enough as it is lol. For our e-party we sent it to his friend, we had the right address city and state, but FH put the wrong zip, his friend lives a few blocks away and FH's zip is 11105 well in astoria its weird and after a certain block it turns into 11370-HUGE difference lol and fh forgot this. So although all the info was right but the zip they didnt deliver it. WEEKS later when i told FH we didnt get an RSVP from his friend whom i knew would definitely come his friend said he never got an invite. So luckily i had extras and we dropped it in his mailbox directly. The post office took over a month to return it back to me, thats what im afraid of...but yeah if she didnt get it im just making a new one bc to wait for it will take long.
I guess depends on who is handling it and whether they decide to still send it or not

It totally totally depends, because I had this happen: we sent two envelopes to the same address. The grandson & family are living with aging grandma. So we sent an invite to his family and to her, but both to the same address and one got returned and one did not?!?!?! So annoying. But I think the bes tthin you can do is call the person and just follow up, they will totally understand! I am sorry this is soo frustrating, I can completely understand!

yeah seems like other girls on here said they had same experience. Some got delivered regardless and some we're returned so i guess its hit or miss. Well i sent this one out the same time as many others and i know quite a few of the others told me they got it already so if it went through she should have it by now, ill have someone find out.
Thank you
