GO to BBB.ORG....the better busines bureau and see if they have any complaints against them

I was going to say this same thing. Check with BBB and see if other brides have had this problem, or any other problems with them. If theyre clean, then I would just keep on them till they send out the contract....maybe they really are busy. I mean, no matter what, its unacceptable that its taking them so long to send out the contract so make it known to them that youre unhappy. Maybe you'll even get a little discount or something thrown in.

Something is going on - there has to be a reason why they haven't sent the contract yet. I know you live 40 minutes away, but I would go with your FH in person to find out what's going on. This way, they can't say 'we're really busy' and hnag up on you, they have to talk to you because you are there.

I'm so sorry!! I would cancel. FSIL changed halls b/c they didn't return her calls for a week. I want to know that my wedding is important to them!! My photographer sent my contract w/ a stamped envelope to return it in AND called me that week to see if everything on it looked alright and if I had any questions.
