I hope he is ok!! Maybe try talking to him again and tell him how u are being so careful with the pregnancy and all, so you want him to be just as responsible with his health as the 'dad to be'.

maybe that would help get him to check it out.

I would paige the surgeon's office and let them know the situation. Someone has to be on call, and they are required to call back. I would let them tell you what you should do. If the dr says he should be seen, then have the dr s/w your DH and tell him so. At the very least, do not wait to Tues. There are walk in also open today like LIq group. My ex husband was stubborn like that, so I know how helpless you are feeling. He had a stroke on a Sat and was waiting to see dr b4 going to the hospital. He had an appmt the following Thur but I called the dr office, told them what his symptoms were and had him seen there immediately and they sent him to the hospital and he was willing to go then. Good luck, keep us updated.

he is somewhat better today, though the benadryl knocked him out

I cannot make him go to the ER or anywhere for that matter and I cant carry him; so it is what it is
