Although, it is not in Long Island, we got married at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. It was beautiful and worth looking at.

Novemberbride is right. I am having my reception at the Manor East and the room that I am using (which is the room that she had) holds up to 300 people. We are going to have about 200 - 215 at our wedding.

Flowerfield canhold that many people, plus. We had 200 people at our reception and there was more than enough room for more. It is one wedding at a time there.

we had 225 at Lands End with room to spare. I think the room holds 300+

Also Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook. Very pretty and great food, can hold about 600.

I went to a wedding this past weekend at the Wyndham Windwatch hotel in Hauppauge. The wedding had 275 people and we had a lot of room and everyone was comfortable. The food and service was good and the best part was that after it was over we went upstairs to our rooms.

Check out Floral Terrace in Floral Park. I don't remember what the maximum capacity of the main room. They have a minimum of 200 for saturday night. One plus for FT is they only cater one wedding at a time.

I booked my wedding at the Wyndham Wind Watch Hotel in Hauppauge. I am expecting atleast 300ppl and most of them are out of towners. They have a lot of room their and the food and service are great. I also got a great rate for my out of town guestrooms since I booked everything there.

The Hamlet Golf & Country Club in Commack can hold 250-300. That's where my reception is and I'm having about the same amount as you. Its on a golf course, very similar to The Carltun but a little less expensive.
