My smaller wedding (100 people) is on a sunday though, so i dont know what they charge for the bigger room and a sat night....

Yea I contacted EVERY lessings location... they want over $150 at most places.

We're not picky on the month... just the day of the week.

Miller place inn ..... I know that they have a package of about 90pp but that includes flowers, dj and photo ...

I went to sunset harbor last night in Patchogue. For a Sat night in early Sept. they quoted 69/pp.

If you are open to the end of March which is the very beginning of Spring, you can still get winter prices at some RHs.

Check out Verdis of Westbury...in general they are very reasonable...maybe not as big or as popular some other RHs but still very very nice and great restaurant quality food.

Here is their website and I would also do a search on here for reviews. I have been to the one in Queens and its really nice.

The Holiday Inn in Plainview offers a package deal. If you aren't looking for a 'RH', the Holiday Inn is great. It comes out to about 10,000 for 100 people (including photo, video, dj, flowers). Ariana Waterfall has a package deal for a similiar price.

As far as halls that are per person...the less expensive halls I've seen are: Verdi's of Westbury, The Sterling, Knights of Columbus in Seaford...

It's going to be hard to find a RH for under $80 pp. When I was looking, I wanted a Sat. afternoon and the prices were still OVER $80. Good luck!

Try the Thatched Cottage I just saw they are doing one of those 100 people for a 10,000 with dj ect.

Maybe look into the winter the prices will always be cheaper.

When I was shopping for a Sunday night in July '08, All the places everyone mentioned was above $80 for a Sunday night except:
Swan Club
Coral House

Of course, these were for summer months. Winter is less expensive.

I LOVED my Thatched Cottage wedding, but what I loved most about it was the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. If I were getting married in the winter and didn't have use of the grounds, I don't know if it would be worth it to have it there - you are paying partly for the amazing grounds.

Timber Point Country Club. I wasn't thrilled with it when I saw pictures and looked at the place, but the day of my wedding, it was STUNNING.

You're the only bride there and they have a deck that over looks a golf course... we had an extra bar out there and the guests loved it.

Only downfall (for some) is that the dancefloor is in the corner of the room. Which we liked actually.

i am not sure where you are looking but Gennaro's Catering Hall in Brooklyn, offers packages. here is there website.

my family has had many parties there. the food is excellent & so is the service.
