During my cocktail hour I asked the bridal assistant to hunt down the baby lamb chops - she brought me over a whole dish

I sat at a table and ate the whole darn thing.....it was the one thing I was dying for. Flowerfield makes them the BEST.

cocktail hour and DESSERT!! mm.

specifically love the asparagus wrapped in filo dough and cheese from fox hollow..and cheese puffs. and basically anything else with CHEESE!

Yup.. we have another one.. COCKTAIL HOUR!

I also generally like the appetizers.. Being a vegetarian there is generally an interesting dish that is vegetarian (i.e. caramelized onion & goat cheese tart).. Usually works out since I end up getting a plate of steamed veggies as a main

I would have to say the minature beef wellington's at the cocktail hour- mostly b/c that is what I had for dinner the night we got engaged....

and... the amazing dessert cafe that the carlyle offers... i can't wait to have some of that croqumboque cake.... you know, that french cake that celine dion had as her wedding cake- it's not my wedding cake, just offered at the vienese hour!
