My facialist told me that to chin breakouts could be from dirty phones- at work, cell, etc. So make sure those are clean and you don't lean on them.

The other cause, not so sure if I buy it, for chin brekouts could be eating too much dairy (according to my salon).

also, if your skin breaks out you may have food allergies. If I eat nuts, too much dairy, or caramel colored sodas I break out.

Also I break out on my jawline on one side of my face bc I always lean on my hand that way - another nono!!!!

I always recommend starting with a dermatologist if you have insurance. I have tried practically every single over the counter product without success. My office had an insurance meltdown a few months ago, so I haven't seen one lately, but I should be going back in the next few weeks.

I had somewhat of a problem on my chin with blackheads.....

I drank at least eight glasses of water a day.....
Put on an astringent on the chin at night...no moisturizer where there are blackheads...
And then some sunlight or a tanning bed(i know i know, not the best...but you get some color as well as helping your sking)

Glycolic peel every couple of weeks..

and i've had no problems since.....

.....but if your skin is not that bad then drink allot of water ask our dermatologist....proactive made me look look so red i hated it .......Origins makes a GREAT dirmafin abrasion and a charcol chem peal ....all of there products are free from animal testing which I think is a good thing........... it is kind of expensive but se if you can get a chemical peal before the big day........my skin was the WORST ever a couple of years ago I fractured 87% of my face and because of the type of surgery I had to receive it made my skin BREAK out like CRAZY......but I received a couple of chemical peals before the big day and id did wonders good luck. .............you are going to have a BEAUTIFUL day ...no matter what

I'm on Accutane, which has cleared me up overall. But if you're not that bad, try Clean and Clear blackhead scrub, once a day. And don't sleep w/ your makeup on!

I tried Pro Active and my skin felt dry & tight not to mentioned it burned. I'm a big Philosophy fan. I absolutely love their products. I've used their peels (oxygen & microdelivery) and my skin looks brighter and feels great. Sephora's & QVC carry this line.
