Wow, that is just wrong. I was just thinking there were plenty of V-Day's in my past where I would have loved anything, a card, a phone, some acknowledgment. Most guys 'disappear' at this time. How ungrateful. :(

I totally agree. What a witch. They are so many wonderful girls out there who would appreciate that gesture - or any gesture for that matter - and he is stuck with her. I'd be happy to send him some contact info on some of my single friends.

honestly - i dont blame her for being pissed or disapointed - if she expected something else- but her actions were so out of line!!

when you get a gift wheter you hate it or love it - you say thank you and keep it. acting like a total child just proves she was not worth the investment for roses.

What an azz. Even if she were disappointed about getting carnations instead of roses, $uck it up. It's the thought that counts. Flowers are ridiculously expensive on V-Day. At least he got her something. She's very childish for calling the florist to find out how much they were. If she really wanted roses, she should've bought them herself.

Her attitude is discusting! What a spoiled ungrateful person! It was the thought that counts. They guy is probably a sweet guy who did not want to spend 100 bucks on some girl he knows for only 4 months but wanted to show he is definitely interested. Hey well you know.. what goes around comes around.. I'm sure she'll be alone for a while.. lol

This reminds me of a time about 3 months ago I was going to my nail tech and we had walked out together to our cars bc I was her last appointment and she saw a bouqet of Carnations on the floor in the back seat of my car and she made a comment like ' oh carnations, he should have done better and had gotten you roses'.. I looked at her and thought to myself the same thing we are all saying here.. GREEDY BIATCH she was for saying such a rude thing to me..

My FH had surprised me at my office on my B-day and brought me in a bouquet of very pretty carnations.. I thought it was so sweet of him. I know we are saving every penny for our upcoming wedding so to me it did not matter that it was carnations..

FYI - I never went back to the nail tech.. screw her why pay her a service when she is not a good person SCREW THAT!
