it is in NJ. And we are going through hell with another couple who also really wants the house.....we keep doing new offers, but by 5:00 today they need our 'best and final offer', so who knows what will happen

We went through something similar last year when we were looking. In the end, the sellers were REAL happy because they sold the house for over $100k than what they were asking for!

UGH! I thought this was a buyer's market and that we werre going to get the house for a good price....now we are all the way up to their original asking price
