ok- I just spoke to them- it goes a then b - then a gain

however - my car needs 2 new tires! it's a year old!

I am not getting them from there

How do you know it needs new tires? Tires are warrantied items!

I just spoke to the service guy- he says I need 2 rear tires- and they are $$$

needless to say I am not getting them from the dealership

My FH thinks they are trying to take advantage of me-

I am going to talk to them when I pick the car up tomorrow- something isn't right

maybe I should have my Dad meet me there

I think that what happening

my Dad said my tires should be covered- my car is under a year old

I am calling mercedes customer service now

I think even if you did a LOT of driving, you shouldn't need new tires after one year, most are made to last beyond that.

I just wanted to send you this. After getting jerked around for a long time at my dealer, I am now in search for a mechanic (I have a 'lowly' Mitsubishi though...

). I am sorry that they are being such as$es!

My Dad is calling them - I feel bad for the service guys- my Dad forgot more about cars then they ever knew! he is tough- especially we he thinks someone is taking advantage of his kids!

I feel like I am 7- not a 28 year old who is getting married in 4 months and drives a mercedes- but oh well!

How about this- I call him yesterday and tell him when I pick up the car we need to review the bill b/c I am willing to pay for serivice A- not B- which is over $200 less-

he goes ok! I should have said I am not paying at all- I have never had such a easy negoitation in my life!

he knows I have a great complaint- b/c the manager told me all differnt things then he did!
