hey dani! i totally didn't realize that was you! haha! bri said something to me the other day and then i put it all together. too funny! CONGRATS on the news!!! very exciting!
as far as this house stuff.....it sux. haha! it was pretty stressful for us but so worth it now that we're all moved in. if there is anything we can help you guys with, please ask. we were pretty clueless when we first started looking. we had a realitor from the beginning of looking. what we were told was to go and look at any house whether we were with her or not. but when we went to open houses to sign in under a different name b/c we were told that once we looked at a house we were tied to that agent who was doing the open house. i don't know if this is 100% true but this is what we were told. i would call your aunts friend and see what she says.
