Here's ours... Ivory fondant with a layer of buttercream under it, covering three layers of yellow cake with a layer of cookies and cream mousse and a layer of chocolate fudge between them. Yummilicious!

And we put peanut butter mousse in the top layer (just for us), and that was awesome, too!

ETA...trying to get photo resized...ugh

Here's mine. It was vanilla cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries filling, and white chocolate buttercream frosting.

I saw a picture of this cake in a magazine, but its only half a picture. Does anyone know where I can get a better pic or have a better pic?

Its crystal sugar sparkles top rolled fondant with sugar paste roses...the roses dont have to be the same...TIA
