maybe those big branchy centerpieces with the little lanterns and/or cystals dripping from them.. I think some are pretty - but I dont think its something that will last too long.

Though I love them I agree with you that it will always be old school flowers in the end

I dont think Cannon in D is a trend but I do think walking down the aisle to a more modern song(like a billy joel song) is.
Pick ups....I love them though
and someone said the centerpieces with branches and ITA with that!

Monograms are a traditional part of Southern weddings. It may be a trend that they are used everywhere. But i'm from MD, barely the South, and we monogram everything. My mom even owns a monogram machine, not one towel in the house isn't monogrammed.
