me, too.

It's a very long story, but the bride (a relative) was awfully mean and vindictive to our side of the family. I did it so she would never miss me in her video! But, I was a lot younger, and a little immature, so maybe I can be forgiven?

However, I liked the dress so much, I wore it to another wedding, just because. I don't think anyone cared, much less noticed. In fact, it's the dress I am wearing in my profile pic.

It's just crummy that this woman seems to be out to get you. I feel bad for her. No one will really pay attention to her anyway!! The day is about you and FH - don't worry about her!

i happen to look good in red for some reason so whenever i shop for dresses for weddings and special occasions i tend to go with either red or black. i dont think anything is wrong with weddign a red dress as long as its tatseful and isnt too attention grabbing in a bad way.

I think it would be fine. Red can look beautiful on certain people especially if its a beautiful dress. I really don't know why it would be unacceptable. I think black is nice to wear to a wedding too its always safe. There has to be some people there who have at least some color. I think color is a good thing.

How could a guests red dress take away from a beautiful bride, regardless on how gorgeous there dress is.

My favorite color happens to be red, and I've worn red to a wedding. Its one thing to wear a tasteful dress that happens to be red, and then theres the sexy red dress that is worn to grab attention. IMO its not the color of the dress, its the style.

Totally agree! I have a really pretty, Ralph Lauren classic style red dress and its conservative. I wouldn't think twice about wearing it to a wedding- with beige shoes....

I would absolutely wear red to a wedding and wouldn't think twice about it. I don't think it's weird at all. White or ivory on the other hand is a different story.

Sorry, I'm obsessed with Sex & the City and assume that everyone else is too

A frenemy is someone who is supposed to be your friend, but turns out to be your enemy. The girl and I have a bit of a 'history'--she hooked up with an ex-boyfriend of mine for 6 months while lying to my face about it.
