anyone getting married in the new oak room at jericho terrace? do you know what it's going to look like?

I have no idea but I am having major anxiety over it. We plan to go see it in two weeks..... ugh! I feel like driving over tmrw.

Have you heard anything about it?

I book the room. I see floor plans and it looks great. They will have tiles behind the bride and groom. Stain glass on the side walls that light up (maybe no need for uplighting from your dj) . The room will be done March 1

I have a payment due so I will be running there. I can post pics if you want

FH and I are going to the showcase on Sunday to try some food and pick up direction cards. I will try to take a peek and let you know how it looks so far. Maybe I can sneak a camera in.

It's not a new room. They are renovating a room that was already there. There is not skylight in this one. Instead they are putting lights that will change colors over the dance floor.

I'm really no help for the oak room BUT I can tell you that I booked JT for the Penthouse room when they were working on it. I booked it with sheetrock and temp lighting. I had my dad and DH look at the blueprints when building was going on. I was a little nervous and I would go every couple of weeks to see the progress.

I had NOTHING to worry about. The room turned out better then any pictures or blueprints they could have showed me. They have great decorating taste and I was VERY happy with the way the room turned out, beyond words.

This room definently looks amazing!! i'm booked in the penthouse, but the new oak room looks like a mini version of the Penthouse without the glass ceiling. Beautiful how that room was transformed.
