Song for Brother Sister Dance (father passed away)

My father passed away when I was young and I will be doing the father/daughter dance with my brother, but am having trouble with a song. I really love 'I loved her first' by Heartland- i think it is still appropriate, but not sure. If anyone is in same situtaion- can you post your song? Thank you!!

I am also dancing with my brother. My father passed away in 01. We are dancing to the song wing beneath my wings. It is a dedication to my father and my brother. My brother basically took the role of my father when he passed. So I think the song fits.

Aw I'm sorry...these are a little sad but they are sweet...my FH danced with his sister to a faith hill 'there you'll be ' It was a tear jerker...

I'm not in the same situation, but I was thinking of doing a special brother/sister dance with my brothers, so I was thinking of using Mariah Carey's version of I'll Be There.

I'm skipping the father/daughter dance. I lost my dad very recently, and can't imagine dancing with anyone else. But, I think its great that you are dancing with your brother. Your circumstance is much different than mine. My song with my dad was Through the Years by Kenny Rogers. We danced to it at my sweet 16. I think it would be appropriate for a brother/sister dance. Sorry if that was too much info, but actually, it felt good to write.

FSIL and FH danced at her wedding bc their father passed as well..they danced to The Summer Wind. It was beautiful.

Hello I actually danced with my Brother on My Wedding Day

We chose Luther Vandross Dance with my Father
It describes us totally

In the middle of the song my Mom with my Brother In Law and My sister with my other Brother joined us...I was told everybody in the room was teary but in a GOOD HAPPY WAY..I will never forget that moment

I love this song !!!! My dad passed in may of 1999 - I am dancing w/ my mom to the temptations - My girl because I am her girl - I have 2 older brothers.
