I have rosary beads in my tree and a statue of the virgin mary in my window.

There is rain forcasted for my wedding day on Friday. My mom and my aunt swear that if you put rosary beads in your tree and a statue of the virgin mary in your front window you will have good weather. The day of my shower rain was forcasted. So they did this for the week before the shower and We had 85 degrees and sun!

Hey I'll try anything if it brings me a sunny wedding day!

I am not sure how the catholic church feels about this though.

Oh, if I could just find my old rosary beads. I used too tell my aunts I don't have a pair because I 'wore them out'

I was told to hang the rosary beads out of my bedroomwindow and to make a gift to St. Anthony. I did both, and despite a very gloomy forecast, I had picture-perfect weather for my big day. So, my advice would be to hang those beads and get the important people upstairs on your side :)
