i'm on the generic version of my pill and i havent had any problems.


Ditto - actually mine is $10 cheaper a month so I am happy about that.

Anyone know the generic for Ortho-cept 28?

I am switching jobs and i'll be uninsured for 60 days. Cobra is there but for $350 a month and just so I can get this 'script?

Right now Im paying $50 (Thats WITH insurance)

I am paying $50 as well. Sad state of affairs in this country, isn't it??

You can always get BC pills from Planned Parenthood if you are uninsured. They do try to evaluate your financial status, so it may not be cheaper, but it is worth a shot. Before I got my current job, that is what I used to do. They charged me $25 a month.

Just had this converastion with my friend.

she switched to generic to save $$ and then she was pregnant two months later.....

she says she took it just the same and swears it was the generic!

I have been on the generic ortho-tricylcen for a year now and i haven't had any problems

im on kariva.... but it is wierd, the non-generic name of it was mirecette... hmmm....


That's what I was told. I was on Mircette for about a year and switched over to Kariva when it became available. No problems.
