that is terrible! I know that at my ceremony, there was a woman who sat in the very last pew, by herself. We don't know her, but she's in a bunch of my pics from when I was first starting to come down the aisle.

Do you think your crashers could have been a perspective bride and groom? This just comes to mind because I remember seeing a lot of threads when I was first planning where brides would want to go to ceremonies or stop in at a reception/cocktail hour to 'observe'...that always turned my stomach.

I know that I had a vendor suggest that we peek in on a wedding. I was horrified. I also made sure that they knew that NO ONE was to 'observe' during my wedding!!!

Oh I just remembered we had at least 1 at the church!!!!!! A friend of mine was going to be getting back from Italy the morning of my wedding. He said he couldn't make it to the reception but if he got home in time he would try and make it to the ceremony ( he lives literally 2 feet from the church's front door!) anyway he is good friends with an Ex of mine and he asked me once joking around if he could bring him to the wedding ( knowing he wasn't coming to the wedding I laughed and didn't think anything of it) anyway as I start my walk down the aisle... I turn my head to the left and wouldn't you know it.. There is my friend sitting with my Ex!!!!! He even waited during the receiving line and said congratulations to me & DH! Poor DH just turned to me and said who the heck was that????? I just shrugged like I didn't know!
I didn't tell him until the next day who it really was
