1 person and she insisted she be invited to the wedding (co-worker of DH). not only did she not give a gift but she had the audacity to put a BLANK card into my card box. since she was the only gift not accounted for we knew it was her (and it was typical of her anyway). The blank card was what got me the most! I found it soo rude to not even sign the card or wish us well!!!

We only had one person, but she keeps telling me she has to stop by with 'something', so it might be none.

We have 2 relatives that didn't give anything. One of them is a doctor - he feels that he already spend a lot of money for this wedding such as his whole family air plane tickets, hotel (since he refuse to stay with his sister) and for his daughter dress as a flower girl.

About 9 people (some where couples)

also about 10 ppl gave like $50... (some of the $50 was from 3 people...)

But... like you said, its not about the gifts... but on the other side I just couldn't imagine DH and I showing up to a wedding with no gift... Even if we couldn't afford it, we just wouldn't go.

we had 3... the best is anytime we see one of them they always so ohhh i forgot your card at home, ect. Yeah OK!

We had a lot of cheap guests, but everyone gave something...but does it count as a gift when one check bounces and you don't even get a phone call or anything and then one check was not signed and you can't get in touch with the person?
