Hi ! Sounds like a perfect wedding. I have a few questions for you since I am thinking about booking at WatermillHere they are:Did you have the ceremony there? Out or in? IF it wsa out was there microphones on you so everyone can hear?
Did you attend your coctail hour?
Last one: Did you have a day wedding?
thanks sooo much!

We had the ceremony there - it wasn't a nice day, so we had the ceremony inside...in the room on the bottom floor - not sure what it is called, but it is the bigger room.
We then had the cocktail hour and reception upstairs.
They did give us the option of having it outdoors, but it was a little rainy that day.
I believe they explained that there would be microphones for all to hear during an outdoor ceremony.
We attended about 10 minutes of the cocktail hour...which was very disappointing. We took pictures beforehand so that we would have more time, but then the photographer wanted more pictures of just the two of us, so we went outside and took more. Before we knew it, the cocktail hour was over and we had missed all of the yummy food
.Lastly, we had a day wedding - it started at 12noon and ended at 5:30, i believe. I have heard a lot of mixed feelings about day weddings, because people assume no one will dance, etc...but that was so not the case! Everyone was up and dancing and drinking and having a great time. And because all of the windows were covered, it looked like it was nighttime anyhow.
Happy to help
