DOC quotes please

I am up in the air on whether or not this is necessary. In an effort to try and save money where we can, I dont know if i should just handle myself, but on the other hand we are having around 200 people, and i am still up in the air on so many things for that day that for my sanity it may be worth it. I also have a large bridal party.
Can i please get some opinions on this, and also if i could get some quotes that would be great.
