Newly Married Christina Aguilera Says She Won't Be Changing Her Name

In an interview with 'Access Hollywood,' pop star Christina Aguilera says that while she has no plans to drop Aguilera professionally after her marriage to music executive Jordan Bratman, her friends call her 'Mrs. B.' The interview airs on 'Access Hollywood,' Wednesday, December 14, 2005.

'(Aguilera) is definitely my stage name, I am still going by it professionally,' said Aguilera. 'But 'Mrs. B' has been the cute thing that my friends like to call me.' When asked about her and Bratman's honeymoon, the pop star said they had 'an amazing time.'

When it comes to the holidays, Aguilera said that while she always looks forward to Christmas, this year will be a very special one. 'We're happy to be celebrating our first year as husband and wife...so I am glowing,' she said. In regards to plans, the singer said that she and Bratman will 'probably be with the family.'

When asked what she hopes to find under the tree on Christmas morning, Aguilera smiled and replied, 'I already have the most extravagant gift, and that is my husband.'

Jamie Foxx fantasises about seducing Mariah Carey.

The handsome actor says he dreams of serenading the diva in a bid to win her over.

The star revealed: 'I serenade people if I get the urge to. If I catch Mariah Carey, I'll put my bid in.

'She's hot! Selling records and doin' her thing - she's got her swagger back.'

But although Foxx wants to sing for Mariah - his love songs haven't always been a hit with the ladies.

The Hollywood heavyweight, who won an Oscar for playing musician Ray Charles in movie 'Ray', said the first time he serenaded a girl she spurned his advances.

He explained to Britain's Rolling Stone magazine: 'It didn't work out, but I was hot.

Sarah Jessica Parker has slammed the likes of Victoria Beckham and other stick-thin stars for shedding their baby weight too quickly.

The stylish actress was told she had to keep the weight on after giving birth and thinks super-slim new mums send out the wrong message.

Sarah Jessica - who has a three year old son with husband Mathew Broderick - said:

'There's all this emphasis on losing weight. Look at Posh Spice or whoever. But that life is not what's real.

'Luckily, my doctor told me: 'You have to eat well and keep the weight on if you're going to nurse that baby.' That's what's important.'

Meanwhile the beautiful star admits she doesn't like shopping or clothes. The actress says she's completely different from Carrie Bradshaw, the style icon she played in 'Sex and the City'.

The 40-year-old also insists she only looks good because she has stylists and make-up artists pampering her all day long.

She confessed: 'I have a team of experts round-the-clock.

'I'm actually not Carrie Bradshaw, you know. I'm not a shopper.'

Mariah Carey has won over animal lovers after turning down a gift of eight fur coats from a Russian businessman.

The superstar singer refused to accept the lavish present and gave the coats to animal welfare group PETA instead.

Meanwhile, Mariah has revealed she pays for her pet pooch to fly privately.

Is Jessica Simpson losing the PR battle to soon-to-be-ex hubby Nick Lachey?
According to industry insiders, the 25-year-old Simpson is unhappy that her new handlers at New York-based Dan Klores Communications (which also reps the Daily News) have been unable to protect her from a barrage of negative stories in recent weeks.

These include reports of Jessica's stomach ulcers, alleged cosmetic surgery and supposed marital infidelities, including this column's report that Simpson had a tryst with Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine.

But despite rumors that Team Simpson has been sounding out rival PR firms to replace Jessica's Dan Klores flack, Rob Shuter, the company insists everything is fine and the relationship remains strong.

Klores execs yesterday provided Lowdown with a written statement attributed to Jessica's father and manager, Joe Simpson: 'I love working with Rob Shuter. He is the very best. We have a great working relationship.'

But the usually loquacious Shuter - who also counts Jessica's little sister, Ashlee, as well as Sean Combs and Naomi Campbell among his gold-star clients - declined to respond personally to the predictions of his demise.

Media insiders say the 32- year-old Brit, charged with the difficult task of steering Jessica through a tabloid-ready divorce, has been busy planting negative items about Lachey.
