Report: Tori Spelling Is Engaged Again

Tori Spelling is engaged, just months after separating from her first husband, People and Us Weekly magazines reported Tuesday.

Actor Dean McDermott, who has been dating the former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star for several months, proposed Christmas Eve in Toronto.

'We're so incredibly happy and in love. We cannot wait to start our lives together,' the couple said in a joint statement to People. Us Weekly first reported the engagement.

Spelling, 32, and McDermott, 39, met earlier this year while working on the TV movie 'Mind Over Murder.'

In October, Charlie Shanian filed for divorce from Spelling, a little more than a year after they married.

McDermott filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Mary Jo Eustace, in September. They have one child together.

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his wife, actress Shanna Moakler, both 30, welcomed their second child together, on Christmas Eve, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The baby girl, Alabama Louella Barker, was born at 12:22 p.m. and weighed in a 7 lbs., 1oz.

In May, when news of the pregnancy was first announced, Barker said: 'Hopefully it will be Christmas Eve. I'm hoping for a girl.' He got his wish.

The couple, stars of the MTV reality show Meet the Barkers, have a 2-year-old son, Landon. Moakler also has a 6-year-old daughter, Atiana, with her ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya.

Kevin Federline Launches His Own Web Site

His name is certainly familiar, but as Kevin Federline states on his brand new Web site, kevinfederline.com: 'I don't think we've been formally introduced.'

As the former backup dancer and aspiring rapper goes on to say, 'My name is Kevin Federline. I'm 6 feet tall, have brown hair and brown eyes. I enjoy horseback riding, long walks on the beach and the wind whipping through my hair. Ha ha ha.'

Federline, 27, also does not skirt the rumors that his marriage to Britney Spears was on the rocks. In fact, he opens his Web message with a flashy montage of tabloid headlines and news clips about the reputedly troubled union, underscored to an audio track of his rapping, 'Keep messin' with my family and you're through.'

It should be noted that on her official Web site, Spears, 24, plugs her husband's new cyberspace presence.

Back at Federline’s site, once the news briefs disappear from the screen the message says: 'Now that I have your full attention, never judge a book by its cover.' This is followed by, 'I'm coming ... 2006' as a graphic shows a champagne bottle popping its cork.

Federline's new hip-hop album, The Truth, is due out next year. As for his personal message to visitors to his site, Federline promises 'a lot more information and updates,' which, he says, 'will provide you with the opportunity to get to know who I really am.'

Nick Tells His Side of the Story

Nick Lachey is breaking news, telling his side of the story about his breakup from Jessica Simpson. In the new issue of Us Weekly, Nick’s camp reveals that during the marriage, Nick felt ignored by his famous wife.

'He has realized the relationship is over and it’s time to move on,' said Us Weekly’s Katrina Szish. 'She would never call him to check in. She would always go out with her friends and leave him alone. And if he did come along, she would ignore him all night long.'

Still, Nick's friends and insiders reveal that Lachey did not want the split, and that, 'Nick was willing to make it work until the end. He told Jessica, ‘I love you, but we have problems. Let’s work on them.’'

'He still thought they could work everything out,' Szish added. 'So he felt completely sucker punched.'

'Extra' has also obtained details on the 'Newlyweds' first Christmas apart. Jessica spent the holiday with her family, and Nick was with his in Los Angeles.

Us reports that Nick’s mother flew in from Cincinnati, and that Nick and Jessica did not contact each other. Nick certainly didn’t spend the holiday hiding. In fact, he played celebrity Santa.

New pictures obtained by 'Extra' capture Nick and his pal Wilmer Valderrama visiting sick kids at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, just before Christmas. Sources inside the ward reveal it was an emotional day for the kids and their famous visitors.

Now, heading into 2006 alone, Nick is still living in the $3.5 million mansion he shared with Jessica on TV. He’s also got a new roommate: Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s estranged husband, A.J. Discala.

It seems 'Sopranos' darling Jamie-Lynn Sigler was right to bail out of her two-year marriage to her former manager, A.J. DiScala. Since the breakup, pals of the actress tell us, DiScala has not only been partying hard with his buddies and clients Drew and Nick Lachey, but has been getting so out of control he leaves nasty drunken dials on Jamie-Lynn's cell phone.

'He'll be in Miami or Los Angeles and he'll call her at 4 a.m. and just slur nasty things into the phone,' a spy says. 'She just wants to move on with her life.'

DiScala has most recently been spotted ripping it up at NASCAR events at Marquee and down in Miami, while Jamie-Lynn has been staying close to New York.

The actress' estranged husband told us, 'I've left my wife two happy holiday E-mails. I love my wife, and I want her to be happy, and I wish no ill will toward her or her family.'

Jessica Simpson is moving on – literally.

Less than two weeks after filing for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 16, Simpson has begun her new life – by purchasing a $3 million Beverly Hills home and moving in.

'She's happy to have a house that's hers,' someone close to the pop star tells. 'This is the first time she's making her own decisions.' Among them: keeping the divorce proceedings as quiet as possible by requesting the case be assigned to a private judge and not aired in open court.

Some details are known, however. Simpson asked that she not pay alimony to her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nick Lachey – though it’s not clear that Lachey ever wanted it.

The evening at Jen's Hollywood Hills ranch house started out quietly enough, sources tell Star.

Vince, 35, tired from a long day on the set of his new movie, an untitled David O. Russell comedy for which Vince is earning $12 million, showed up looking forward to a relaxing night with Jen, 36.

BAD TRIP
Instead, sources say the conversation drifted into dangerous waters: his Nov. 29 run-in with the law, when they were stopped by police in Scottsdale, Ariz., and Vince blew a .08 on his Breathalyzer test, not quite enough to merit a ticket. The police stop — and the publicity — ruined his vacation, Vince complained.

Then, says the source, 'things escalated. Vince blew up with Jen over a lot of stuff: He's sick of being trailed by reporters, he's fed up with Jen's fascination with Brad [Pitt] and Angelina [Jolie] — he even accused Jen of using him as a sex object. He was angry, sweating and raising his voice.'
