Can't wait to read your review~Hey does anyone know if WM provides decorations (i.e. flowers) if the ceremony is held indoors? I am planning on an outdoor ceremony, but if the weather is bad, should I have some sort of backup plan?

They do have flowers for indoor ceremonies. It is the same look as if it is outside, pillars with white flowers down the aisle. They may also drape tulle from each pillar, I can't remember. There were some pictures in one of the BMs office.I have a question: Does WM have a photo studio, or an indoor area, for pictures if the weather is bad?

YES - they have a studio upstairs for pictures, but I think you may need to ask in advance to use it? I just remembered my BM saying that it is reserved for house photographers, but I can't imagine them saying no.

The 'fee' you pay to have your ceremony is for whether it is outdoors or indoors, which included decorations, flowers, set-up, etc. It's written in our contract 'outdoor ceremony weather permitting - indoor will be Manor Room'.
Praying for nice weather through!

Well I am back and married!! I weill have my review up in a couple of days, I have to get it together. All I have to say is that I LOVE the WB!!!!!!!! They are absolutly AMAZING! All of my guest were blown away by the place, the food and the service. Our friends were telling us that they were mad that they didnt get married there. To all the future WB brides, you have NOTHING to worry about. They are just GREAT, I cant express it enough. Just give me a couple days to get the review in order. Thank You girls!!
Congratulations! that's great can't wait for your review and pics. so happy to hear it all went well!!!

that is correct! you are rushed however if there is another weddingor they need that room- so time yourself accurately and give your photographer a list of photos to take- we also took the family shots in the reception room during the cocktail hour so you know you can use your room too if you need to !

Re: Westbury Manor-Brides (We decided to make this our official thread)
i just went last week, they have a book of cakes you can pick from, there are a lot in there, i went with the square one...i asked to have something else instead of the ice sculpture, its just not my taste, but i know they said there was about 5 choices unless u have the customized one, where i would def bring a pic..
for the dessert, when we booked we had the 3 tier vienesse trays added (italian pastries/fruit/butter cookies) so along with the cake we have that and the dessert from the menu which u can pick, we picked the vienetta.

Hey-- no worries, I booked WM in February of 04 and they honored everything that i originally had on my menu. In fact any changes at all were only for the better! I was really impressed!

Have the Manor Room --- Ice sculpture? I guess you could give a pic of anything that you think you'd like to see in ice..I'm gonna make a spinoff post about this ;)
