omg we just saw cabin fever last night..all i have to say is...WTF?!?!?!? It was soooo stupid! And what was up with that ending?!?!?!

Nope.. missed it on purpose. Had no desire to see it. Last few horror type flicks we've seen have been 28days later and Darkness Falls or the Ring.. that's about it.

Great cautionary tale for all children losing their teeth.. *evil laugh*
It was alright.. I like that some parts were realistic in the way that some horror flicks aren't. I mean if you're gonna die, youre gonna die.. no real miracle 'gee how come THAT person didnt die' parts. No really bloody scenes but fast paced.

ETA: then again.. my father made us watch 'IT' and 'Attack of the Killer Clowns' to teach us not all who look friendly really are. I hate clowns!!!

darkness falls sucked, but i liked 28 days later. i thought it was very smart. there is another one coming out that looks very interesting with johnny depp and he steals someones story...i forget the name.

I am a BIG horror flick gal

And to me Exorcist will never be beat.
I never found any of the above mentions 'scary'.except i did like Phantasm and LOVE the characters in Hellraiser. But that stuff scared me when i was in grade school.
I personally HATED 28 days..I found it completely predicatble. I agree about the RIng, actually that freaked me out.

i basically didn't see the ring, but my hands did!
phantasm ii and the blob caused a lot of trauma for me when i was like 9 years old and they were on tv on the same night and i just had to watch them while staying at my dads. candyman also kept me up for a couple of nights. IT is amazing.

Old School : Children of the corn 1 (hated the sequels) Nightmare on Elm Street 1 & 3, Exorcist, the Believers, Witchboard ( I still cringe thinking of this movie) , The hitcher ,

ever think we dont find anything really scary cause we grew up?

I want now for only entertainment.. if you can make me jump then it makes me smile. HellRaiser freaked me out when I was a kid.. seen them all now heh

I dno't know about anyone else, but I still find a lot of horror stuff scary...especially stuff my dad made me watch when I was little. If I'm flipping through the channels and happen upon something that scared me at age 10, I'll still gasp and change the channel!

Cabin Fever was one of the worst movies ever made- not just in the horror films either. It made zero sense. And the best part is the actor named Rider Strong...who names their kid that..he should be makin pornos with that name.

Loved 28 days. Salems Lot is one of my all time favs.
