What to do for OOT Bags when you don't know where OOT guests are staying?
The hotel attached to my banquet hall won't let me leave my own bags for those guests that are staying there (they want me to buy theirs, at $15 each) and a lot of guests are staying elsewhere (NYC, lots of choices). Not everyone is coming to the rehearsal dinner, to hand them out there, so I don't know if I should just 'bag it' and not give out guest bags, or if there is another way to distribute them.I'd be grateful for any suggestions from all!
TIA.

Re: What to do for OOT Bags when you don't know where OOT guests are staying?
If you don't know where someone is staying, there will probably be no way to get a gift bag to them. However, most if not all of your OOT guests should have their travel plans finalized within a couple of weeks of the wedding, so at that point you could informally find out where they will be staying and drop the bags off at their hotels...although if there are a lot of hotels, the effort you'd have to make might outweigh the benefit.Sorry, can't give a better answer.
