I voted for #5 but I think any option that makes you happy would work. Good luck!

Alex- what about #4, but at the end say your mom, with special memories of your dad..?I like the sentiment of that- but, I like having the names at the bottom.. If you want to see how that looks-- check out my invite which is still posted..

I really liked #3. When I read it, I felt as if your father was giving his blessing. I think it allows one to remember him, but it doesn't overshadow the wedding.

Go with your heart sweetie. You and your Mom know what he would like. I would choose #3 if I was including my father on the invite. Because FH doesn't even know his I wouldn't feel right including my Dad this way, but I totally agree with your sentiment and wish I could too.

Alex,I voted for #5 b/c i Love the 'special memories' (it gives me a warm feeling!!) I still like #1 as well (your original one). #3 is still a little too supernatural for me (being requested to attend a wedding from the beyond and all), but from what you have told me about your father, i think that Maybe #3 is one that would amuse HIM the most. which do you think HE would like?

I like #2 better, but I like the line in #3 including 'son of Mr & Mrs'
