Re: How long before your wedding do you plan on registering??
I actually registered already. I think I did it in May - so that would be like 10 months.I wanted to wait, but my mother was on me about it.

We registered a couple of weeks ago, which makes it about 7 months before the wedding.

No idea when. Wedding is June, so somewhere between November and January. I'm really just too lazy to go out and do it!!

Re: How long before your wedding do you plan on registering??
We registered already back in April (over a yr in advance). As soon as we got engaged in Jan everyone was calling my mom and I asking where we were registered b/c they wanted to send gifts. Finally we gave in and registered in april, then had our e-party in june and got SO MUCH off our registries already, we'll have to updated closer to the shower/wedding.

We already registered so that people had the option to purchase gifts off of it for the e-parties!

We registered already. We were registered before our e-party b/c I knew alot of my family members would purchase items off of our registry for it which they did.

Did you register online or go to the actual store? I am getting myself excited to register...just wondering what was easiest

We went to BB&B and spent over 3 hrs there! So then we did Fortunoff and Crate&Barrel online.

Re: How long before your wedding do you plan on registering??
We already registered, and let me tell you that it is a great idea...I already changed things like 3 times!!
What you can do is register early and then as you go to stores and see different things you can continously change/update your registry...Im not letting anybody know that Im registered until sometiem next year.

Re: How long before your wedding do you plan on registering??
Won't things get discontinued???? I'm so hesitant about doing it just yet for April '06 - 9 months away b/c I don't want to have to keep going back and forth for items on the registry.
