Who was the 1st person you told when you got engaged?

I guess for me since my mom was standing right next to FH...her. lol then my dad came home a few minutes later.

my mom!! then my dad, then my sisters (all 4 of them) then both my brothers and then my girlfriends!

He proposed in my room in my apartment at college, so I ran downstairs and told my roommates. I was so excited to tell anyone that I tried to run downstairs without giving FH a kiss first... he had to grab me and remind me to kiss him first

Then I ran downstairs and started waving my hand around and squealing like an idiot while my roomates stared at me blankly for about 3 minutes and then suddenly got it and started squealing too.

(then I went back upstairs and called my mom. It was a crazy night!)

I called my parents house and both mom and sis picked up so i got to tell them simultaniously...

then my gma, then aunt, then girlfirneds......

I called my MOH. She is my best friend and I was soooo suprised I did not know what to do. I then went to my house and told both my parents.

FH proposed at our housewarming... so I will say everybody. We then called his parents who live in FLorida.

I told my mom first, even though she knew bc she was holding the ring.. I didn't tell me sister right away bc she knew too and helped him set it up how he proposed.. then I called my best friend and BM in Florida who's pregnant with her 2nd baby and she promised NOT to be pregnant for my wedding!! and then everyone else.. and then we went out and showed everyone!!
