Best place for nice picture frames

Best place for nice picture frames

I know a million stores have picture frames but I'm not really a picture frame person so I need your help!

I still haven't decided on what to get my mom as her gift (she is my MOH) but I got all excited last night b/c I had an idea for *part* of it!

For some reason we have hardly any pictures of the two of us together but I have a great one from my shower that I want to find a nice frame for and give to her w/ the rest of her gift. It doesn't have to say anything on it, I just want something nice she can keep on her desk at work or whatever.

where should I start looking? The pic is just a 5X7 (I think!)

I personally like Target and those at Kohl's. Department Stores also have really nice frames!
