All vendors that work thru the day should be fed, i.e., photographers, video person, DOC, probably my bus driver who is providing trans for BP and OOT guests.
Not feeding: florist, and specialty car driver since they will be there only during set up.
ETA: My DJ of course !!!!!!

I'm feeding all of them. I can't let them go without eating. Need to keep them full of energy and hydrated  I know if I was in their shoes I'd want to be fed.
So I will be feeding
2 photographers/1 videographer
DJ and his assistant
My DOC 
and anyone else if need be.

My dj said that he would rather not have us pay for dinner for them, they would rather have it in a tip. So we will not be feeding djs,
WIll be feeding photographer and assistant, videographer, and thats it

I know it can be a lot- We have 10 people in the band- 2 photographers, 1 assistant, 1 videographer, and a DOC- We have a string trio for the cocktail hour only - Do they get meals? The cello player is a guest at the wedding. The violinist and flute player are only there for the CH??
