REPOST:in and out travel

i need advice we met with david last thurs about our honeymoon we went over everything we wanted and where we wanted to stay and air....and he said he would get back to me on this past mon with prices and links to the hotels we chose .....i never heard from him so mon i sent him an email asking what was up....no response then tues i sent another email no response finally tues night i ask my fiance to call and he said he was held up by vendors he would send the info soon ....well i still havent received anything or heard from him ....im really not happy is this normal....can someone please reccommend another agency........thank you

We're using them, and haven't had any problems.

Did you try speaking to Ellen - that's his mother that also works there.

Sometimes they take a few days to get back to us, but that goes with any vendor.

they take forever to get back to people. I was goign to book my BP through him but he never called back so he lucked out on money

i had a similar thing happen. i called on a friday or saturday and they called me back with rates on a monday evening. i found something with cheaper rates, so i went there and i was looking to book right away, b/c i had done my research already. i think i am like that with any vendor, i dont want them 'to get back to me' b/c i am calling them and i am ready to book asap.

He is great and helped us out a lot with our Honeymoon. It does take a few days....he is always so busy. He is constantly going to meetings and bridal show cases.

My reccommendation is call the office and ask for his e-mail address. He usually responds quicker. Good luck and keep on trying.
