Stickers from Target - don't remember the price, I bought a ton of them cause they were on sale.
Book came from AC Moore - $15, but I used the 50% off coupon



Business card sized envelopes - $2.00 for 10
Cards - $1.50 for 25 both from Paper-Source ()


Zots from Paper-Source to stick the envelopes on the pages - $4.30



Ink pad - $1.00
Alphabet stamp set - $8.00, used the 50% off coupon again at AC Moore




The book
We stuck the envelopes on the pages and left room for pictures to be added later.
Then stamped 'sentence starters' on the pages like:
