Card/Envelope box

Does anyone know how to make this card/envelope box?
I saw this in her DCSAAB06's Bride's review and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

I think it's the cutest idea and she wrote that it was a DIY project and that she got the idea from LIW ladies

Does anyone know how to do this?

I tried to attach the pic - I hope it worked

i was wondering the same thing- all i know is get the picture frames from michaels - 4 of them same size & thats all i know- i would like to make it also but i'm not that crafty- i heard its alot of work though

Once I sent the email a number of similar email topics came up at the bottom; I looked through them and found instructions too

If you look on the DIY thread, there are instructions on there. I believe there is a whole thread dedicated to it on there.
