Fat Smash Diet
So on monday I started the Fat Smash Diet and have lost two pounds (not suppose to weight myself til day 10, but I couldn' t help it.) I am super psyched. Just curious is anyone else doing or have done this diet? How did you like it , are you sticking to it. If you are doing another type of diet, please let others know how your are doing with it.

Re: Fat Smash Diet
review on amazonI've seen Dr. Smith on a few TV programs and he seems like he really knows what he's doing. I found the book on overstock.com for $7 so I think I'll order it and see how it works especially since I'm home most of the time right now.

ETA: It's sold out on overstock!

Re: Fat Smash Diet
I was all excited about that diet, and I lasted 4 days
It didn't even bother me cutting out most stuff except all meat...all I wanted was a piece of chicken

This is the little blurb from his website:Fat smash diet
I like what he says about the diet, and I really wish I could have the willpower like you ladies do to stay on it!

Re: Fat Smash Diet
I heard about the Fat Smash on celebrity fit club - not sure if i could eat only fruits and veggies for 2 weeks but i did start a diet of my won today-I'm trying to eat mostly fruits and veggies with some protein - very little carbs (i only allowed myself whole grain bread and that is is for the day) and drinking lots and lots and lots of water.
