Why did you pick your wedding date??

We all have different dates so i thought it might be nice to know why you picked it!!

Ours is our anniversary it will be 8 years on the day!! so that was easy lol!

Ours was the only date available in July at Leonard's...so much for romance!

Our anniversary is 4/24, I love the number 24. but April was too early for us, so we choose June bec we were both born in that month and we always talked about having a June wedding. I wanted June 24 but it was not available, but I am very happy about the first of June

We picked it because it was available!

We wanted an end of July wedding so that I had plenty of time after school gets out in June to do last minute things and we still had time to go for 2 weeks for our HM to ITALY before school starts again

well...we started officially dating on nov 6th 2003...SO we were lookin for nov 6th 2008 but thats not on a saturday...we would have had to wait until 09 but that was too long for us <3

so we went with November 8th. IT is close enough

yah i kno its confusing...May 31st we officially started seeing eachother...Nov 6th he declared me his <3 hahaha

honestly..i wanted the summer and it was the first date that came to mind (other than the 16th)...i also found out its a holy day..which is awesome!

Well, we wanted our wedding to be in the begining of October cause thats when the fall colors peek here in WI. It was origionally gonna be on Oct 6th but then we realized how much money we would save having it on the 7th....so here we are!

our ten year anniversary will be Jan 16, 2008 so we picked the closest Saturday!

We were initially looking at October and then I noticed Andrea was having a July 4th wedding, so I looked and saw it was a Friday! Our 8 year anniversary is Julyl 4th 2008 so we got lucky! I think its the perfect wedding date!

Our 10 yr anniversary is actually 8.9.08 but since we could not afford a Sat we thought 8.8.08 would be cool.

i love the fall... but NOT the cold weather...
Oct reminds me of my parents ann. and Halloween... late nov is thanksgiving, and too cold, and NO fall leaves left on the trees...

FH knew i wanted fall, and he said nov first! so it all worked out.

I have loved the date April 26th since high school for some reason. I love the month of April also. I am just so lucky that April 26th fell on a Saturday the year we wanted to get married. It worked out for me. I always said I wanted to get married April 26th. My screen name and everything I have always had the number 426 for April 26th.

We had our first date on 4/4/04 so I thought that getting married on 8/8/08 would be perfect! I know i've told this story before, but i'm so excited about our wedding date!

we are getting married right inbetween our bdays. we were born 5 days apart in the same year.. we thought it wuold be nice to get married inbetween them.

we wanted february and it was the only sat. night left at our RH - so that was it!!

Its the day before my b day ! This way I get to spend it with all my family and friends ,,,, fh says he is getting me a husband for my bday

Our wedding day will be our 7 year anniversary. Part of the reason we waited till 2008 to get married because May 30 2007 is on a Wednesday.
