DAMN! I wish I got a pic like that. OH! That is such a great shot, I have nothing like that!! I wish I had more shots that were____?



I love my proofs oodles when I got them and now I cant help but think maybe they are missing something.

I definitely see shots and wish we had taken a picture like that. I just think that's a natural thought we always have no matter how great our pictures are

OMG.... all the time....

and these summer brides make me wish i didn't get married in the summer.... almost all our pics are inside and inside you just can't be as creative.

not so much with the pictures....but I do have those feelings about other things....like my dress, or the venue we chose, and our horrible rabbi who we chose simply because he bar mitzvahed my husband 22 years ago........he was TOO OLD! oH....and our cantor thta my MIL wanted to use....she sang like a howling dog.

Overall though, I loved my wedding.

Yes, sadly!! We really weren't happy with our pictures and can't afford to do a day-after shoot. I'm my only regret for the wedding, I wish I'd have shopped around and gotten a better photographer that would've taken photo-journalistic shots. All we have are traditional pics and not all the shots that we wanted either.

i feel that way when I look at anyones pictures. My photographer missed a lot of key shots. I mean common sence ones like the first kiss during the ceremony. How does a wedding photographer miss the first kiss ?

We just got our proofs, and to be quite honest....yeah........there ARE people who I envy, but when our pictures were captured, it was for a reason, and that was for a damn good picture!!

Mine too! I'm still baffled by it! And we had two photographers! They either got one shot of us right before, or right after, (we're either leaning in or pulling apart) but we're definitely not kissing.

And I LOVE all the Blue Daisy pictures- never heard of them when I was looking for a photographer. Oh well. That said, I do love my pictures, but I would have liked to have some of the ones I've been seeing too.

Yes definately. I am very happy with our proofs overall, but partly because of the time constraints and party because of the darn rain, we missed so many pictures. I see other brides pics (girls who even used the SAME phototgrapher as us) and think 'omg i wish we had gotten pics like that' -- but oh well.....we're always wiser once we've experience something.

i didnt give my photographer a 'must take' list because i wanted him to take pictures freestyle and be creative; now i think that was a mistake. although i love the pictures he took, there are strange ones like pictures of food (do you guys have that or is this weird?), close ups of some couples. i think maybe i should have been more rigid about things but thats just not my personality.

so yes, i look at other photos and think wow wish i had done that!

I see other brides pictures & think 'we should have done that.' Particularly the formal shots. We barely did any. Like none of our entire immediate families. We missed that somehow.

When I booked Blue Daisy, it was a shot in the dark. No one on this site knew of her but one bride. I was holding my breath until I got my proofs. I LOVE them and I get rave reviews but I didn't get many posed pictures at all. And I don't have ONE picture of myself alone & close up.
