Activia Drinkable Yogurts...

I Started drinking them last week, and so far, I have lost a pound and half. :)

I can't do much intense excercise, I am sure I could lose the weight faster if I did, but my back does not allow this.

Anyone else eat/drink these yogurts? I prefer to drink yogurts rather than eat them with a spoon.

i used to eat the yogurts but they did nothing for me so i stopped.

fiber one cereal does that.
