He never fully shuts the water off after a shower. So, when I go in after him all I hear is a water running.

Where to start? He leaves his clothes EVERYWHERE!!!! Like wherever he takes it off, that's where it stays until he does laundry. He leaves cups EVERYWHERE too! He'll have 3 cups in front of him and I'll say 'are you using all 3 of these?' and he'll just look at me! AND THEN when Avery as an accident on his clothes (pee not poop) somehow it's my fault his clothes are RIGHT OUTSIDE the litter box! It's more then

And his thought is 'if it's yellow let it mellow'!!!!!
