Leslie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Professional Photographic Illustration from The Rochester Institute of Technology, speciailizing in Fashion. She spent two summers photographing models in Paris. Leslie also has a Master of Science in Multimedia Technology.

She currently resides in Long Island, NY where she lives with her husband. She works for a leading Men's Magazine as a Photo Research Editor and is a Photographer the rest of the time.
