Exquisite Affairs Productions Inc. was created by Christine Viola in July 2006. After planning her own wedding, she decided to venture into the Wedding Industry as a Wedding Planner and Day of Coordinator. With the booming success of EAP, Hollie joined Christine brining so many elements of devotion, care, and drive Exquisite Affairs strives on. Almost a year later, Laurie and Tara became the newest members of the staff. Laurie will work exclusively with all the creative elements and products of the company while Tara joins Christine and Hollie in coordination services.

Using the various services that Exquisite Affairs Productions has to offer allows you to wake up on your wedding morning, and your mind can solely focus on the beauty of the day to come.

Exquisite Affairs Productions currently offers extensive Event Planning, Day of Coordination, Wedding Planning, and other creative services. Below are the packages we currently offer.

Our basic Day of Coordination package, Services as follows:
  • Unlimited contact via telephone and/or email from the moment you contract our services to the moment you walk down the aisle.
  • Two (in person) consultations – a meet & greet and a finalization meeting during the month of the wedding.
  • An extensive timeline, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding.
  • Confirming all vendors are confirmed, scheduled, and in place before the wedding and on the day of.
  • Arriving at the bride’s preparation or ceremony location (determined by client) and departing at reception completion (maximum of 10 hours in total).
  • EAP will be the sole contact for all vendors on the week and day of the wedding.
  • Distribution of all remaining vendor balances and gratuities (at the discretion of client).
  • Supervising all activities such as:
  • Processional & Recessional
  • Photo session coordination and management
  • Bridal Party Introductions
  • Reception timeline (dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Packing up your items at the end of the night (when necessary)
  • Arranging transportation for bride/groom, bridal party, family and friends when necessary
  • Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
  • Full access to our preferred vendors (discount may apply).
  • Providing the “Super Something” Wedding Day Emergency Kit.
Want us to be there at the rehearsal? In addition to the Something Blue package. Service will include:
  • Organizing, consulting, and attending the rehearsal.
Don’t need us for the whole day? The Something Borrowed package includes our basic day of coordination for a maximum of five hours. You may select what part of the day you want us there.

  • Assistant (2 hours or less)
