Our cakes and cookies are made to order using only the finest ingredients. Baked from scratch, our cakes are moist and tender, the perfect foundation for our silky meringue buttercream. Our cookies are soft and buttery and are topped with a mildly sweet marshmallow icing.

The Sugar Chic is Melissa Chicarelli, lover of all things sugar. From a family of chefs, Melissa was surrounded by amazing food but was always on the lookout for the perfect dessert.

After enrolling in a Baking and Pastry Arts program during her sophomore year of college, she realized her true calling. A self taught cake decorator, she continues to take courses and attend pastry seminars.
