During my 4 years of HS, the only semi-famous person I went to school with is the Channel 2 newscaster Mary Calvi .

She graduated the year before me... I don't even know which CBS newcast she anchors now, but she used to be on the Cablevision/Westchester news and now she hit the big time I guess

But many years before me... our most 'famous' alumni was Linda Lovelace, she of 'Deep Throat' porn fame ..

Mind you I went to an all-girls Catholic high school , so they were NOT PROUD of this fact They even removed any copies of the yearbook she appeared in as to not 'acknowledge' her attendance in our school!

What school did you go to??

I'm not a Long Islander.. I went to Maria Regina H.S. in Hartsdale (Westchester County) NY

Linda Lovelace was only at the school for one year.. but boy did she make an impression.. our school forever had a nickname that none of us could live down..... (I wont share it here, its too raunchy)

Lucy Liu was in my class since the 2nd grade.

Some other people who were there when I went there ... I just blanked on the girls name but she is also married to my first MAJOR HS crush ... she was on Homefront and also played the daughter of JAG's boss ... just came back Guiliana Santini. Other people I can't remember either ...

Many other famous people went to my HS (Tim Robbins, Paul Reiser, **** Cheney, Thomas Callabro, so on)

Don't forget James Cagney!

I don't think I went to school with anyone famous, but Dana Ashbrook of Twin Peaks fame graduated from my HS about 10 years before I did. I had such a crush on him on that show!

I went to Jr. High with Brian Bloom (from some soap opera - don't know which). He used to ask for a dollar if you wanted his autograph - turd!

He was 'Dusty' on As the World Turns
I had a huge crush on him for years!!!!
But...then he went bald and got really ugly as he got older....crush went away....

In Jr High there was a girl in my classes who was ALWAYS an extra, was in BIg( w/ tom hanks), Born on the fourth of July etc..and She was the 'face' on the box of a childs cosmetics.

THis might be the same girl, I knew. I know she was the face of something..it might have been childs cosmetics. Did you read my post?

Then there's my real brush with fame - Debbie Gibson. She never showed up for school but attended graduation I got into a cat fight with her gay backup dancer who also went to our school because he was wearing shiny purple spandex one day to school. I asked him if he was going to do an aerobics video and he said I was just 'jealous'. He had his junk all hanging out for everyone to see. Jealous, no. I just wanted to hurl!!!

I was in the same graduating year with another infamous Merokean, Amy Fisher (from South Merrick).

My ex sister inlaw graduated with Amy Fisher, they were in the same homeroom and my SIL used to fight with her because they had the same last name just spelt differently and amy would always take her seat lol

I didn't have anyone famous that I know at my HS school. BUT I did meet Ethan Hawke and his daughter on Fire Island!!!! I was the camp counselor for his daughter!! I nearly died when he walked up to me and introduced himself!!! And the introduced his daughter!! I'm like yeah I know who you are!!

I just saw a guy from grade school on News 12 getting arrested for flashing himself....does that count!

A guy from that graduated a year before me was on New 12! For fondling teenagers in some sort of church group.

YOu said JEssica though right? Her name wasnt Jessica, It was Samantha Larkin. ( I had to google it to remember!)
