Ok--here's my final lyrics....
Just want to say (as I poise myself quazi-Oscar acceptance speech like) this is dedicated not only to LIweddings but to all the fabulous friends I've made here!!!

I was tired of my planning
It's been going on too long
I'm a worn-out bride...

So while on liweddings..
I started a new thread!
about the months i've been dreading..
Up until I am wed!

I've met some really really good friends..

And I cannot wait to meet them..

I was tired of my job here.
I've been working here too long.
Like a worn-out recording
of an old played out song.
So while they talked on their personal calls
I read the LI Weddings website
And in the Brides helping Brides thread
there was this letter I read

If you need help with your planning
and need advice from people who know.
be careful of fake brides
and of stepping on toes.
if you like chatting all hours of the day,
are in need of reassurance
or just need to complain.
We are here sometimes til midnight
if you need help with your dress
or you're unhappy with your in-laws
or you just need to stress.

I like pina Coladas
and getting caught in the rain
I need advice on my diet
and a place for my train

I like I like them all. I want to see more. I am going to maybe try my hand and see how I do. I think making the lines rhyme will be hard.
