I have my first fitting on March 13th and my hair trial the day after I have a feeling my dress is going to be tight too. well at least I hope it stays up and I can breathe that day!

3 months today!
We just scheduled our meeting with the priest, all three sessions on 2 Saturdays in March and one in April. I will be happy once that is finished.
My mother finally got her dress and FH is going to look at tuxes today with his best man.
What are your guys up to?

Jen, it sounds like you are getting alot done, that''s great! What does your mom's dress look like? My grandma actually got her dress today!

My dad axctually called me this morning & reminded me that it is 3 months from today. We'll we're taking a break for the next 2 weeks. But our calligraphy is done, so I'll be picking that up before I go for my second fitting in 2 weeks. We also made an appointment to finalize the flowers. When are you guys sending out your invitations? We were thinking the first or second week of March

It's starting to really sink in that we are getting close!!!!

OMG girls..I'm in FREAK OUT mode I made my first fitting appt for March 26th; my appt with my florist is also in March; we have to go for tuxes; I have to get my DJ a play list; I have send my photographer a must take list; I need to get another pair of shoes; I'm going to for 2nd hair trial on March 7 and I have to book the rehearsal with the church. And my mom still HASN'T gotten a dress And I'm sure there are a million of other things I need to get done. Where did all our time go????

Oh and Peter's leaving for his bachelor party on Sunday. He's going to New Orleans. I am soo jealous

Our envelopes will be ready this week and I hope to send the invites out the first week in March. I made the RSVP April 12. I'd rather send them out early than later.

Aww, don't worry Marcela, you'll get it all done! It gets overwhelming, but you just have to take it one step at a time. Plus you made alot of appointments already, so you are ahead of the game!

It does feel overwhelming, I am trying to cross things off little by little.
We still need to order our rings!
I am not sending out the invites until March 13th, I just sent the envelopes to the calligrapher today.
Marcela, I am so jealous of Peter, he is going to have a great time in NOLA.

How are you doing? Marcela, how was Peter's Bachelor Party?

What are you guys up to? We are picking up the calligraphy, hotel block cards & yalmukes tomorrow & I also have my 2nd fitting this weekend. Next week is flowers and I'm hoping to meet with our band.

It's getting so close!! Do you know about your showers? I know about mine, but all I know is the place & date - not what they have planned for me!!

Hey Jess: He had fun. But said he felt too old with all the partying going on. He said he wouldn't go back.

I just booked the Garden City Hotel for our wedding night.

I'm going to our florist on March 20; first fitting is March 26th and I have to get FH moving on the tuxes. We got our envelopes back from the calligrapher yesterday and hopefully we can start stuffing this weekend. I want to send them out on March 6th.

I have no idea when/where my bridal shower is. I know the invites went out though. I hope it's soon. I'm so excited!

I know when both of the showers are...March 27th and April 3rd. I don't know where they are though.

I haven't gotten the envelopes back yet, I am still aiming to send them out by March 13th though.
We are still in the process of making our invites, I can't wait, I already love them so much!

How are you guys doing? I feel like now is crunch time, and I keep having to make apoointments! We have 3 set up already, & I have to call the caterer next. We picked up or calligraphy, and they look so great! I also had my second fitting this weekend. My dad went with me, he was so cute, he started crying (he was teary the first time, but he was more so this time around). Forget it, I'm going to be hysterical on our wedding day.

I feel like I'm on cruch time also Sometimes I'm okay, but at others I feel very overwhelmed.

How cute about your Dad I was driving to Rob Luvs Me's shower on Saturday and I was listening to Butterfly Kisses in the car and I started crying I'm NOT like that at all. I couldn't believe it. I'm going to be hysterical on our wedding also

Peter and I started stuffing the invites last night. YAY!! I was a pain in the @ss though. We got 75 done and have about 40 more to go. On Sat we're going to the post office to have them hand cancelled.

How are you doing? Well saturday is going to be a crazy wedding planning day, ugh. I have to pick up my BM's gifts, pick up 3 extra envelopes that I needed to have done, meet with our florist, buy stamps, & stuff our invites. YIKES! I better have alot of coffee that day huh?!

Hi girls! Everything is coming together huh?

Wow Jess, you do have a busy weekend!! Have fun.

We finished the majority of the invites and have about 10 more to go. We're going to send them out Saturday morning. On Saturday, we're also going to check out 2 potential rehearsal dinner places. We were going to do something informal in FH's parent's backyard, but they don't want to do that anymore. His parents would rather have the dinner at a restaurant.

Jen: Congrats on your BM dresses coming in. My girls should be going soon to start their alterations.

We finally took our engagement pictures this weekend!!!
I thought some of them were amazing...Rob even brought his turnout gear home from the firehouse and took a couple of cute ones carrying me

We got ours back on Saturday but I don't have a scanner right now so I can't show you guys. They are sort of serious poses but they came out pretty good. It's funny because we have very little photos of the 2 of us together (and we have been together 4 1/2 years so go figure) so I like went crazy buying engagement pictures for all the parents & our 2 grandmothers.

I think our invitations are going out today, yay! Then onto seating crap which I'm dreading!

A lot happened this weekend....

I had my shower!!! It was at Marbella's in Bayside. (it was one of the places we were going to look at for our rehearsal dinner--Fh got me good on that one ) We got sooooooooooooooo many gifts it was unbelievable. Pretty must everything off our registry is gone. People were so generous. We are very excited!

And the morning before my shower we mailed out our invites. They said they would hand cancel them (they wouldn't allow me to do it)The woman swore to me that she would do it. If they don't get hand cancelled, I'm going in there to yell at her
