Jess: I would like to do a light blue. But like you, I want to see how it looks on the girls before deciding. I don't want to make them wear something they hate.

Blue is nice too! I know Marcela, I have to see how they look. In an ideal world I would like to have pink on the girls but since I'm 100% sure that everybody would kill me it's not an option. BTW, blues & purples sound really pretty with the platinum Jennifer!!

My problem too is that 2 of my bridesmaids (who are not coming with me on that day in August) are my aunt & my FSIL who are @ 50 years old (my FH's brother is alot older than my FH and she is 10 older than my FBIL) plus everybody is completely different in size & shape so I'm thinking that I need sort of a neutral color and I'm going to let everybody choose their own style in that color.

marcela - how form fitting is your dress? Does that create a buldge anywhere?

Olga: The bra is very form fitting. I went to Macy's the other day and tried on the 'Flattering Me' bra, which is supposed be awesome and I HATED it. I had buldges everywhere.
The only thing that is wrong with the bra that I bought today is that the cup is a little big. I'm usually a 36C and got a 34D. The C was way too small and the D is good, but is only a little big. But they do alterations for free. So it's fine with me. And it was only $51 including tax.

Welcome Maybride!!!

So what you girls been up to? Well, we got 3 bridesmaid dresses, yay! and my mom got her dress. I highly recommend Queen of Hearts in Merrick if you need a dress for a plus-size lady, my mom got her dress there & they are so nice! Next I'm off to get a dress for my FMIL!

Congrats Jess!
We went BM dress shopping on Sat and narrowed it down to 3 dresses. I posted a pic of the one we like the most in another post.

Today Fh and I started registering at Fortunoff. We're going to Bed Bath and Beyond next week. It was fun, but also a pain in the @ss We were like 2 chickens w/o heads

UGH - I started to see what it would be like to see FI's taste - the boy hands me BLACK SQUARE PLATES FOR FORMAL CHINA AND WAS SERIOUS!

LMAO Olga!! Peter had sooo much fun w/the stupid gun But I almost killed him when he wanted to scan in a Small LCD flat screen TV (for the kitchen) It was like $1700. I told him 'DON'T YOU DARE' I felt like his mother today. But I got to love him for coming w/me and not complaining at all.

HI Girls! I miss y'all!
I was in NY this weekend and finally put in the order for my BM dresses. Except I ordered them in Cloudy instead of Platinum. But I love them!
I also went to Stefan's and Pedestals.
So now I am between Flower Michele and Pedestals but will decide within the next two weeks

thanks guys!
I finally just got the last contract for our hotel rooms. We ended up booking two hotels in NYC and one in LI. For ALL of our out of town guests! Even the bride and groom are out of town!
My FSIL is coming over tomorrow to finalize our STDs, show us the protype (we are doing them shaped like luggage tags) and invitation ideas. I can't wait!
