100% I agree with you. I thought is this Z-100 but who would play that joke??? SO I had my FH call them. It wasn't a joke. I also think they got a bigger party or more money and cancelled mine. That's why I don't even want to get married there anymore. BUT I'm a little bit torn b/c I did chose that place b/c I loved it. I'm really torn.

Aren't you happy if you wanted Floral Terrance instead of Crest Hollow anyway? There's no other way you could have gotten out of the contract without losing a deposit, so I'd take this as a blessing.

well - I was picking between the 2 and chose CH but if they are going to cancel I also liked FT. I'm just really confused and CH said if I want another date there I have to tell them today. They really aren't accomodating at ALL. That is another thing that is really turning me off.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this! I'm getting married there in 6 1/2 weeks, and have nothing but a great experience. I'm also surprised that you had 3 different BMs working with you too. Ususally they just assign one to work with you and that's who you always deal with.

Again, I'm sorry this has happened to you.

I've really never heard of this happenning. And no offense to flower, but I think anyone who has booked CHCC or is thining about it needs to not trust this 100% because it's coming from a NewB. Sorry I'm a beyotch. But we get a lot of on here and I would hate for a bride to freak out over something that didn't happen

Flower, if this really did happen it stinks..they had NO right to do that and you should get your deposit back ASAP and RUN away.

We get a lot of people on here pretending to be brides who either want to bash or rave about a partcular vendor, so we just have to be extra careful

Oh - that's horrible. I hope I'm not reading posting by them. This really did happen and I'm really confused if I should pick another date with them or try to get a date at FT. I have read great things about FT on this website - I hope I'm really reading stories and experiences by brides and not vendors.

I think for the most part you're safe. But you just have to be careful because you never really know who is on the toher side of the screenname, but most brides here are helpful and genuine and great, as you will see. After what happenned with changing your date I would NOT book them...under no circumstances would I stay with that hall. NONE. If you like Floral terrace, look at it, and if you like it and they ahve your date, book there.

My mother told me to pick another date at CH b/c they would never cancel again. But then again no one thought they would cancel the first time.

I just think what they did si so inconsdierate and just WRONG, and as you said they're not being accomodating. I would go elsewhere. They don't deserve the business

I'm so sorry! But if I were you, I would want to absolutely know that I can trust my hall. I would go elsewhere for peace of mind.
