I have my first fitting scheduled for Oct 1. I figure that I will have to pickup my dress a da or 2 before thanksgiving (?)

I have left to do:

Get Veil!
Shoes!!
Gifts for BP and parents
Do finalizing at hall and with church

Maybe make programs and/or menus, I haven't decided yet.

I hope I'm not forgeting anything,

We have our favors, I'm in the process of wrapping them, invites are almost ready to go out, we have our rings...

What am I missing?

WOW yeah talk about stress - the wedding is enough but a house on top of it?! Hope you have lots of help with things! Its going to get crazy!!

if you havent already check out The KNot online. They have a check list that tells you everything you should do by month. It has helped me so much - mainly for the little things I forgot about - which I cant think of any right now but you know what I mean.
I start my fittings Sept 9th - but only doing it so early because I'm having sleeves added to my dress and they have to order material.

95 days - where is the time going?
I have a checklist on the Knot - things I have left to do(to give you an idea): finalize menu and cake; plan rehearsal and rehearsal dinner; buy and engrave wedding bands; mail invites; tuxes for groom and groomsmen; attendant and parent gifts; pick readings and program for church; buy lingerie for under gown and begin fittings. :) HOpe this helped!

We went a few weeks ago, saw the prices in the city and turned and walked out of the store.
We HOPEFULLY will be going soon. This is the last of the 'big' things we have left to do.

we know the tuxes we want and where we are getting them from, we just need to get him and all his GM there to order them! that should be fun!

After Hours- We have GM all over the place so this worked out well, plus we have used them before for formal occassions ans have been happy!

That's OK. They originally said about 1 - 2 months before the event for the tasting. I just want to taste their yummy food!!

We didn't even have a tasting yet, we are going in a couple of weeks!

But they actually called us to schedule the menu thing in the beginning of August!

I'm happy to have it done, you should call.

Well, MOST people have the tasting either before they book or right before they go for the menu meeting, but FH and I couldn't go the days they were scheduled. So we will just go after... We are actually doing it backwards
