So I am excited we have picked our invites, however we were told to wait till about June to order so that they do not bend or become damaged.

Anyone else find or even order thier invites yet?

I wish I found the perfect invite!!! I've been doing some searching online, and I just can't find the invite that's perfect for me! I plan to use a friend's sister to do my invites, so I'm hoping once I go to her to check it out, I'll find what I want.

We decided not to show our families the invites. We want to surprise them when they receive them.
I think that it was the hardest thing to choose.. other than my gown!

I went to Blue Tulip to buy a red metallic pocketfold. I already bought a green one, but I saw that one and its soo much nicer. Than we went to Michaels to buy red and white cardstock and crystals. I'm going to attempt to DIY a sample invite this week or weekend and see if we like the green or red better (doesnt matter since our color scheme is Christmas).

Oh and I'm going to call Macy's in Manhasset to try on dresses Saturday

Still to do:
Limo
Order invitations
Have MOH and BM dresses ordered
Wrap favors
do the DIY cardbox & menus I've convinced myself I can do...
And everything else I'm sure Ive forgotten!
Ohh Duh....I need to decide on a honeymoon too!

thats awesome... i picked out a handful all that i liked but one that i actually love -- i gave them all to FH and he picked my fav as his fav too!

We booked limo's last week, we met with our officiant for our first appointment last Thursday. Things are coming together! Woo Hoo! The bachelorette party is booked, I am going to Vegas with 11 girls in August!
